Assign responsibilities
Decide who opens and closes the area, supervises play, handles incidents and contacts maintenance. Train operators with the manual for each exact unit.
Build a care routine
Use the approved cleaning and maintenance instructions for each unit. Record inspections, faults and repairs, and keep equipment out of use when a safety concern is unresolved.
Review the experience
Observe queues, access and visitor understanding. Adjust the layout and information when evidence supports it. Avoid assuming revenue or performance from a photograph or a format name.
